Overview

◆ Material : 15% glass fiber reinforced, heat-stabilized, high-flow, low-temperature toughened PA66, injection molding grade. Typical grade: A3ZG3 HP BK20465 (Black). It features high fluidity, low-temperature toughness and thermal stability, benchmarking Ascend R413H and Celanese 79G13HSL, suitable for thin-wall / complex cavity precision parts.

◆ Characteristics : Long-term thermal stability at 120–140℃, excellent low-temperature resistance down to -40℃, high fluidity and easy molding, specially designed for automotive and electronic precision parts.

◆ Purpose : High Flow & Easy Molding (HP): Excellent melt fluidity, suitable for complex cavities, thin-walled parts and multi-cavity molds. It features fast filling, short cycle time and high mass production efficiency. Outstanding Low-temperature Toughness: Stable impact resistance at -40℃, resistant to brittle fracture, and adaptable to alternating cold and hot conditions as well as low-temperature working environments in northern regions. Long-term Thermal Stability: Adopts a dedicated thermal stabilization system, resisting degradation at a constant temperature of 120–140℃ for a long time, with strength retention over 80% under high temperature and high humidity. Superior Chemical Resistance: Resistant to engine oil, fuel, coolant and solvents, with good creep resistance and dimensional stability, ideal for automotive engine compartments and harsh industrial environments. Dimensional Stability & Low Warpage: Low shrinkage rate, maintaining excellent dimensional consistency under changes in temperature and humidity, perfect for precision assembly.
